We charge a flat R5 booking fee per ride. No percentage commission, no surge pricing, no hidden charges. The driver gets 100% of their cost share.
Verified Drivers & Riders
Every driver submits ID, licence, vehicle registration, and insurance. Manual admin review before approval. Riders see verification badges.
Paystack-Powered Payments
The R5 platform fee is paid via Paystack — South Africa's trusted payment processor. Driver cost-share is paid directly (cash or EFT).
Google Sign-In
Sign in with your Google account. AfriBUD verifies the Google ID token server-side and keeps a secure session on your device.
In-App Chat & Safety
Riders and drivers can chat before the ride. SOS button, live location sharing, and emergency contacts keep every trip safe.
